Shipping policy

First Hand Medical ships your product within 24 hours on Weekdays and within 48 hours on Weekends.  If you chose USPS Ground Advantage the product arrives within 7 - 10 days depending on where you live.  If you choose USPS Priority Mail your package of the Carpal Solution will arrive within 3 - 4 days depending on where you live and what time of day you order.   We usually ship between 11 AM and 1PM Eastern Time.  We guarantee delivery.
